Our Experience

Our long-standing involvement in large-scale masterplanning projects has given us a unique understanding of how to deliver results in complex planning environments. Notably, we played a lead role in the Sienna Valley Masterplan within the North Drogheda Environs, where we worked alongside Louth County Council to develop numerous character areas and urban clusters.

Over the course of this project, we coordinated a team of 12 designers and planners, delivering integrated designs for over 3,000 residential units across eight distinct character areas. This collaborative process has made us a trusted partner for landowners, developers, and Local Authorities alike. This ambitious project showcases our ability to handle large-scale planning challenges with precision, vision, and strategic insight.

Project in Focus: Sienna Valley Masterplan, North Drogheda

Brady Hughes Consulting played a leading role in this large-scale residential development, coordinating planning efforts across over 3,000 residential units and working with 12 design teams and Louth County Council.
